Howdy, I am Josue Cruz (they/them), a visual designer, cartoonist, and illustrator from Newark (California) and currently residing in San Francisco—both cities which currently occupy Ohlone territories. I have officially been working on comics since 2019 and received my publishing debut with Puppy Knight: Den of Deception written by Michael Sweater and published by Silver Sprocket. Den of Deception was also published in French by Editions Kinaye.
I have a follow-up, Puppy Knights: Quest for the Golden Bones, published by Union Square Kids and expected to be released in Fall 2025.
